Tokyo Kampai Motorway
Since its planning started 50 years ago to improve the traffic in the Tokyo metropolitan area, Tokyo-Gaikan Expressway was finally ready to open. And the day before its opening, a long table of 200 meters in length was set up on the actual motorway for a special party for the public to celebrate and enjoy the newly finished infrastructure.
